You may follow the below steps to place an order:-

  • Select your desired item along with the required services.
  • Add the item to Cart.

  • Click on the ‘Go to cart page’ tab.

  • On the cart page, click on ‘ Proceed to Checkout’ .

  • On the Checkout page, you need to select/enter your Billing & Shipping address incase you are logged in. Else, you need to enter the details and proceed accordingly.Select a payment mode and click on ‘Place Order’ to complete the payment.

  • On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated and you will also receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.

  •   At the top right corner of our Website you will see an option to "Log In" besides cart logo . Click on it and you will be guided to the Customer Login.
  •    enter your ‘Registered Email ID & Password’ in order to login.

  • Else, you may click on ‘https://www.kreeva.com/customer/account/login/’ and proceed with the account login process.

  • An Order Confirmation Email gets triggered instantly from our system on receipt of Payment against an Order. In case the payment is through from your end and still you have not received the Order Confirmation Mail, there might be some technical glitch. It happens in a very rare instance.

  1.  Well, we have a provision for that too but do remember - orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.
  2.  We provide the refund for all such orders in the form of Store Credit only. This is redeemable on our Website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.
  3.  Please be apprised that it takes a maximum of 2 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via e-mail.
  4.  In case of refund, we will deduct 10% of the final order value due to Cancellation Fees which includes management & handling charges.

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

  • Step 5 : Then click on the “ Order return request” . Once you successfully place your return request our agents will review it and will respond within 24 hours.

    1. We do not have reverse pick up facility , so you have to send us back the parcel through India Post ( As it is cheapest courier) as per our policy and we expect that you have gone through our return policy before you purchased product from Us .
    2. The shipping charges to send us back the product will be bear by customer while we will bear shipping charges for exchange product that will send back to your home

  • Step-3   When your parcel is received by us , our agents/executives will inform you within 24 hours. Meanwhile you can select the product that you need in exchange and note down the SKU.    

  • Step 4 :-   After receiving your product, our quality team will check the product , once approved our agents/ executives will ask for SKU - product code ( as mentioned in the green color ) .

  • Step 5 :-  Then we will ship parcel back to your address based on the availability of the product . (usual delivery time is 7-8 days ) Once it is shipped we will provide you tracking details.

  • Dress material(unstitched) implies unstitched fabric only. The fabric will have to be stitched as per your requirement. You can get the same stitched by opting for our stitching services, else you can also get the outfit stitched at your end as well.
  • Semi-stitch implies unstitched fabrics in which styles are pre-constructed with pre-defined neck styles, sleeve style, sleeve length, neck depths & outfit length. You need to get such products stitched as per your requirements.
  • Ready to wear (standard stitching) implies customizing the outfit in as shown style based on bust size only. All other parameters are in accordance with the size chart.
