If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Kreeva for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
Normally an order once placed cannot be canceled by the buyer. However, in a rare case of we accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges, Exchange rate fluctuation, etc.

Kreeva shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Kreeva. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given with the product description.
Kreeva does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
